Karen Bailey is the founder of KLB Services, LLC, in Annapolis, MD.
With over 20 years’ experience in both management and administrative support,
Karen grasps both the needs and organizational requirements of
businesses as well as what it takes to make those things happen. Her
expertise includes business administration, office workflow management,
personal management and organization, project coordination, and marketing
support. Karen’s experience as a computer systems administrator, information
technology instructor, and her expertise in the application of Microsoft Office
products adds a technical foundation to her background. Karen is a certified
Logistician and Computer Systems Manager as well as an ISO-9000 Process Auditor
and Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds a BS degree in Business Management
from the University
of Maryland and an
active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance. She is a
member of both the Annapolis
and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce and Perfect Networker.
Born in Baltimore,
Karen currently resides in Annapolis
with her husband and two teenaged children. A self-proclaimed nitpicker, Karen
is extremely detail-oriented and thorough in everything she does. She
enjoys the flexibility that virtual assisting brings to her life. While she
thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with local clients, the wonders of modern
technology allow her to work efficiently with out-of-state clients, too.
